Volunteering and social prescribers:

Social prescribers:

Do look through the STH page and then get in touch for a chat about your aims and outcomes and to explore the many options for meaningful intervention.

Volunteers:

St Clements, Five Rivers and Arundells are all now moving into independently volunteer led spaces and are therefore not appropriate to 'drop in' to.

Each has a different induction process for joining.

Please read the details of each group on the projects page, before you get in touch. They tend to suit those who want better community connections and new friendships, more time outside for improved health and movement and an opportunity to get involved with sustainable planet and wildlife friendly projects. All but the Alabare veterans group are amateur gardener volunteer led and all volunteers are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

However if you require programs of wildlife, social, art or sustainable activities designed for a specific group, get in touch to explore options. For example young 'explore nature' groups, Key stage 1 &  2 children, home educators, or public outreach and engagement in general.

I am enhanced DBS checked, but a leader or TA from your group or organisation is usually a sensible addition to the day, to provide extra helping hands.
